Rates

• All rates are subject to New Jersey State and Local Sales taxes and Tourism taxes.
• Rates apply to advance reservations only.
• Rates do not apply to Holiday Weekends, Groups or Conventions.
• Rates are subject to change without notice.
• All rates published are based on double occupancy.
• All rates are based on 7 night stay.
• Rates are subject to increase unless secured by advance reservation.
• Rates have been discounted 5% for the benefit of those who would like to pay in Cash. Add 5% to the rate to determine Full Rate.
• Stays shorter than 7 days can have an increase to rate from $10 to $50 per night.
• Extra Person in room can be charged additional $6 to $12 per night.
• Prom or Senior Weekends must contact Hotel for quotes and special conditions.

Reservations and Payment

• A deposit of 1 day’s rental is required to confirm reservation of 3 days or less. A deposit of 2 day’s rental is required to confirm reservations of 4 days or more.
• Balance is due at check in time, and is payable in Cash, Traveler’s Checks, Money Order, Certified Check or Credit Cards.
• No Personal Checks accepted for balance due.
• Personal Checks accepted for deposit only, 2 weeks prior to arrival and are not transferable.
• Management reserves the right to verify registered occupancy.
• The deposit is applied to the last days of your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations are subject to 50% service charge of Deposit.
• No refunds for early check outs or No Shows.
• No refunds if cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival.
• No refunds for inclement weather.
• Misrepresentation of age and/or number of guests voids reservation with no refund given.
• Changing dates of reservation may cause no refund.

Other Policies

• No surfboards or bikes allowed in room.
• No skateboards or roller skates allowed on premises.
• Apologize, not pets allowed.
• Only one parking space per unit available.
• No smoking in rooms.
• No check-ins after Midnight unless notified and agreed to.
• Reservations held until 6 PM of check-in date for late arrivals unless other arrangements are made.
• Check out time before 10AM, Check in time after 4 PM.
