Deposit

A minimum deposit of two nights is required to guarantee a reservation. We accept money orders, traveler's checks and * personal check for deposit * Personal checks accepted for advance deposit two weeks or longer prior to arrival. Credit card deposit is forfeited if no show or canceled. Management has exclusive right to assign rooms and limit offers. Specific rooms and locations may be requested but are not guaranteed. All reservations are subject to confirmation and are subject to strikes, failure of guests to vacate, or causes beyond our control. Deposit applies to last night of stay. If full stay is not taken, deposit is forfeited. All rates quoted have been discounted 5% for the benefit of those who wish to pay in cash, traveler's checks. Add 5% to determine full rate when paying with Visa or Mastercard.

Cancellation Plus Refund Policy:

Deposit is refundable only if notified at least 30 days prior to arrival date at a 50% service charge otherwise no refund. No refund due to weather or for early checkouts. Parking available for only one vehicle per unit. All others will be ticketed and/or towed. Holidays and weekend prices vary surcharges apply. Extra person charges apply.

No check ins later than 6 pm unless prior arrangements by fax or letter have been made. Anyone checking out later than 11:00 am will be charged an additional $20.00 per hour. Anyone staying in room passed 1 pm has purchased room for a full day. Reservations held until arrival dates unless other arrangements have been made. Refundable key deposit collected upon arrival. Rates subject to change unless secured by advance reservations and deposit.
